Collections can have any theme you’d like

Print vs digital media, where the media came from, family surname or any other theme you’d like. Think of Collections as folders inside of your catalog or chapters in a book. They’re all sections of one overarching story.

Multiple collections can be opened together

By dividing your catalogs into collections, you can easily manage and work with sections inside of your archives. Have collections separated by family surname and want to only look at your maternal line? You can open all of those collections together. 

Share collections easily with specific people

Having themed collections allows you to share entire groupings of media with people as opposed to several individual pieces. Set permissions and privacy levels at the group level!
