We have spent years in the design phase, turning my chicken scratch drawings into viable screen designs. That may seem like an eternity but the UI/UX (user interface/user experience) journey is SO detail oriented!
Every image, every icon, every button, has to lead you somewhere. When you use any website or application, it’s usually easy to move through your ‘clicks’… yet some sites drive you crazy while you search for what you want.
We are ‘Driven By You’ and want your journey through your family history to be easy and fun! So we painstakingly discussed every icon, every color and every process!
As our UI/UX development comes to a head, we are now connecting all of those screen designs and adding functionality to them! It’s time for some of our core team members to travel to Pune, Maharashtra, India for a face-to-face on the coding that’s been driving our media management application forward like a freight train!
It’s extremely exciting to see the page designs starting to come alive!
The marriage of design and functionality is a complex process. We all spent close to two years painstakingly designing each page of the application, making sure that each button, each click, was purposeful and led to the best customer experience possible.
Combining media management with memory keeping has an analytical and ethereal perspective. Digitize, Upload, Preserve… Spark Memories, Share Stories, Laugh and Smile… We want to make sure our community gets the best of both worlds.
